Hard drive problems.

Alright so I had a little scare tonight. To others this may sound real dumb but a power failure caused my computer’s hard drive to go all screwy on me. This means, when I turned the computer on again, it had an error ‘Failure to boot. Insert System Disk and press Enter’. :yikes: Of course, I freaked out since I didnt create a System Disk. I restared and rebooted the damn thing a million times and still it gave me that problem. I had called my cousin about it and said that he would help me out in a few minutes. So I just shut off the switch at the back. Unplugged the damn thing and restarted. Low and behold, Windows XP is running with that green bar going back and forth. :grin: Then it worked… I’m absolutely frazzled and happy it. Dont ask me what frazzled means. I just made it up. :embarass: Right so now I created a System Disk so next time this happens I dont freak out and cry…

And for those who are asking for the job, I’m an usher at a baseball game. The pay is $10. :grin:

    oh and about your computer…I have an IBM Aptiva and its so screwed up that if you kick it, it shuts down and when you turn it back on it says there’s no operating system…plus none of the USB, CD drives, and CD Burner works….its a piece of crap, lol.

    And yeah, anytime my computer gives me shit I just unplug the bitch, and plug it back in and restart it and all that jazz.
