The trip to the zoo

So today my sister, mom and I went to the Toronto Zoo. I was so hyped since I’ve never been to the zoo. :yikes: I went crazy and took loads of photos. It was so hot like 34 C today and the weather network thought it was going to rain. :???: But really I thought we needed some rain or some cool air since it was so muggy. Thank goodness we had sunscreen on. Alot of walking was involved so I was prepared for that. We did had some breaks a few times. Ate overpriced junk food then continued to see more animals. I admit I enjoyed it more than my sister. She wanted to leave half way through and we haven’t even seen half of the animals. We didn’t get to see all of them since we would have to walk way far and our feet were aching plus the heat was getting to us. I kept asking the food place for some cup of ice so I could chew them. :rude: I love chewing on ice cubes. I wish they had the polar bear though and more fishes. I guess since it was so hot, they didn’t let out the polar bear since they are more used to cooler weathers. :smile: An example of what we saw can be seen above. More photos can be seen in here.

    I love going to the zoo. And I always take way too many pictures. I didn’t do it just the first time I went. :)

    I love going to the zoo, but I do find it sad at the same time. All of those wild animals living in cages – :no: I don’t like to see them that way. Where I live we have a great Jaguar exhibit.

    I haven’t been to the zoo in ages!! Hahaha I have always loved the zoo. But I get scared of the animals. The last time I went, me and my brother were taking photos near the monkeys when one of them jumped forward and pulled my brother’s hair!! :drunk: Hahaha I was scared but I thought it was funny. Oh well. Lol :grin:

    I can’t remember when was the last time I went to the zoo! I do remember that the elephant sneezed and the mucus flew on everyone. Luckily I wasn’t really that close so I didn’t have elephant mucus on me!

    I love chewing on ice cubes too! When I do it people go: “You CHEW them?!” Hah :P It’s been years since I went to a zoo, but it’s always fun :)

    I live near the phili zoo. And I went there a couple of years ago with my brother in law and husband (who was still my b/f then). By the end of the day, I couldn’t stand at all. I was sooo tired.
    But I’m glad you had fun where you went. I’m planning on making another trip there with my son. It’ll be his first time.

    I haven’t been to a zoo in ages, glad you enjoyed it! I love chewing on ice cubes too, my mom always tells me off for doing it because it’s unladylike or something. :)

    Last time I went to the zoo (Brookfield in Chicago) was in winter! Guess I don’t have to tell you I didn’t have much fun! The animals were all kinda lazy. :-P

    I’m glad you had fun… not a lot of people I know enjoy going to the zoo. :-/
