I've spent so many hours on the phone talking to hundreds of different people concerning my electronics and such. It's insane. I mean really how hard is it to just find out the problem and fix it. It's their job to help you. Grr, I know how you feel. But I hope all of your calls finally got it through to them that you want your adapter and you get it. :D Trying to get anything accomplished involving technology is impossible.
