Finally after days of ranting about it.

So yesterday I received a customer service survey from HP and decided to take it. Normally I wouldnt give a flying crap about doing surveys but due to my recent experience with HP I just had to voice my opinion. I gave most of them low ratings except for the agents. They were helpful and patient. It’s the fact that they said I would get the adapter in 14 business days (or something like that) and a month later I still have not received it. Also how it took them 3 agents to tell me that they were out of stock. :pissed: I also stated that after dealing with that that I would never buy another HP product again (which is true). I will never buy another HP product again. I was eye-ing this really pretty Toshiba laptop last month and I wish I had bought that one instead of this HP laptop. It’s white and it’s so pretty… Mind you, my HP laptop is cute, light and all nifty except this Toshiba is prettier and cuter. Anywho after all of that rant in their customer survey, I check my email the next day (today) and low and behold, I get a confirmation email stating that they have shipped my adapter and that I should be getting it tomorrow… :slant: So hopefully they live up to their email and I do receive this adapter.
