Finally after days of ranting about it.

So yesterday I received a customer service survey from HP and decided to take it. Normally I wouldnt give a flying crap about doing surveys but due to my recent experience with HP I just had to voice my opinion. I gave most of them low ratings except for the agents. They were helpful and patient. It’s the fact that they said I would get the adapter in 14 business days (or something like that) and a month later I still have not received it. Also how it took them 3 agents to tell me that they were out of stock. :pissed: I also stated that after dealing with that that I would never buy another HP product again (which is true). I will never buy another HP product again. I was eye-ing this really pretty Toshiba laptop last month and I wish I had bought that one instead of this HP laptop. It’s white and it’s so pretty… Mind you, my HP laptop is cute, light and all nifty except this Toshiba is prettier and cuter. Anywho after all of that rant in their customer survey, I check my email the next day (today) and low and behold, I get a confirmation email stating that they have shipped my adapter and that I should be getting it tomorrow… :slant: So hopefully they live up to their email and I do receive this adapter. :)

    I know how it feels to be waiting for stuff…. it’s very very frustrating right?! And you can’t help but giving them low ratings! *evil*

    And because of that, I usually upgrade all my shipping to next or second business day. Pay a little (or much) more but at least I know when exactly I *will* get my stuff. :-D

    Anyway, I suppose you have received the adapter? :-D

    I despise customer service people. Really, do companies have some sort of a policy to hire only the most obnoxious, rude and incompetent people to work for their customer care? My old mp3 -player broke, I sent it back to get repaired and after over a month of waiting I called the customer service and they said: “Oh, we are actually sending it back to you today!”. How convenient *rolls eyes*

    Oh do not get me started on HP products! I have a compaq desktop and I’ve upgraded it a bit but I can’t add some of the things that I want to because everything is integrated into the motherboard, which is an inconvenience. That means that I’d just have to get a brand new motherboard. For all of that, I might as well just buy a brand new computer!

    Oh yeah it just makes me bonkers when I ask to speak to somebody’s supervisor, and they tell me the exact same thing and don’t help me whatsoever. For me, it’s not only NOT getting my issues resolved, but it’s getting agents that are not helpful. So I know what you mean, you just want to :banghead:

    they totally don’t take those surveys seriously they just yell at one meeting and try to sell new people more shit. sorry they treated you crappy though. that’s not cool at all.
