I can’t believe I managed to blog through Word 2007. I can’t believe Microsoft integrated this in their latest Word 2007. Why didn’t Open Office think of that earlier? Microsoft so so smart… Any who, one of the downsides of blogging from Word is that I can’t press my smilies/emoticons or choose a ‘mood’ for the entry. Oh well… I won’t be blogging through Word that much. I would rather blog through the WP script. But it’s still cool to know that there are other alternative to blogging. This week has been a long one. I am glad that tomorrow is Friday and Friday happens to be one of my longest days of the week. 6 hours of lectures from 9 -3 pm non-stop. No breaks in between. I will be so exhausted. I think I will be bringing the laptop tomorrow which is something I rarely do now since it’s a distraction from the lectures. Now that I’m a part of the ‘bigger’ kids in college (that sounded kind of lame no?) most of my peers will either be graduating this year or going to do their Masters in the same university. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to take my Masters. I have no money whatsoever and I find that once I graduate, I just want to get out of school and work. I know that I missed school during my 1 year of working but after going back to school, I miss work. I miss the money I was getting every 2 weeks. I work part –time now and the money I’m receiving is just not enough to cover everything. In fact, I just paid my visa last week. It turns out I was in debt by $500+ over the holidays!!! I didn’t know I had spent that much money during Xmas & New Years. I’ve never spent that much on a holiday. I paid it off but that also meant I had to take $500+ off my savings which I was planning on using for my next tuition in Fall 2008 in case I don’t earn enough money in my next internship or not get any internship at all… I continue to tell myself that I won’t go shopping but just yesterday I went shopping. It’s all the clothing sales in the mall that’s driving me crazy. My university is 5 minutes away from the mall so it’s very hard to resist. I can’t wait for all these sales to go away…
